Patterns

Spotting what repeats, filling the gap, and finding the row that breaks.

Why is there no Kindergarten patterns book?

Because Texas quits asking. Red-blue-red-blue patterning is a Pre-K thing here. By Kindergarten it’s gone from the math standards, and Common Core doesn’t pick it up either. Making one anyway would just be filler.

What each age is working on

The codes beside each line are the state’s own labels: Texas writes Prekindergarten Guidelines for Pre-K, and TEKS from Kindergarten up.
